INFYNEX LTD respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle information submitted through infynex.cc.

Information we collect

When you contact us, we may collect your name, company, email address and the information in your message. We also process a one-way hash of the requesting IP address for abuse prevention; we do not intentionally store the raw address with the enquiry.

How we use it

We use submitted information to respond to your enquiry, understand your requirements, maintain security and prevent spam. We do not sell your personal information or use it for third-party advertising.

Necessary security services and cookies

We use Cloudflare to deliver and protect this website. Cloudflare may process network and device information and set strictly necessary security cookies, including its bot-management cookie, to distinguish legitimate requests from automated abuse. INFYNEX does not use these necessary cookies for advertising.

Service providers

Infrastructure, security and email providers process limited information on our behalf where needed to host the website, protect it and deliver your enquiry. They are not authorised by INFYNEX to sell your enquiry information.

Retention and protection

Enquiries are stored in protected infrastructure and retained only as long as reasonably needed for communication, business records, security or legal obligations.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete information you submitted, subject to any lawful record-keeping requirement.
